Someone asked about the first sightings of VSH sets

A down bacchus Marsh at 16:33 Friday 16/7/99 at Footscray was a "N" and a 
five car "H" set lettered VSH 22. As a four car train this was often seen 
with standees leaving Footscray so the additional car (BH 149) will be much 
appreciated.  
On Wed 28/7/99 a second 5 car set VSH29 was on the same service hauled by P16 
at 16:34. This set is BTH175, BCH135, BTH169, BIH189 and BCH129. 
This all probably means there is a third 5 car set using the BIH now spare. 
It also means that there is one less H set. Have the rosters been changed to 
reflect this loss of a set.

The "V" classification now extends to "N" sets with a VN set sighted at 
Sunshine late last week. No other details available. Keep your eyes open.
