industrial action by cityrail train guards - 22 july

In regard to the RTBU bulletin 92/99.   What industrial action was taken
on the 22nd july?   It mentions bans placed on chubb security oficers
before 7pm.   And what experienced train guards, station staff are on
the union working party - any names?

When it mentions"both parties accepting their responsibilities and
undertake to work together to achieve service delivery that provides a
safe, reliable, efficient and clean railway system"  Is this a sell-out?

What security training will cityrail guards need to sell tickets and
issue fines, as outlined in the bulletin.  good luck.
