Now THAT will block trams on quite a few lines... 48, 70, 74, 12, 109,
96, the City Circle. What are they going to do? Run trams to the bottom
of Flinders, Collins and Bourke, but buses to Port Melbourne, St Kilda
Beach and Sth Melbourne&St Kilda Beach? But how would you run a bus on
the light rail lines?
