Border Railways:  I think the bridge at Robinvale for the unopened Lette
line had/has a lift span.

Monorails:  If we include monorails, we had better include trams:  Glebe
Island Bridge, Iron Cove Bridge and Gladesville Bridge on the Ryde (NSW)
line.
