Keep to "Vintage" Trains people, other posts to this thread are talking about
the Overland etc.
In NSW, the NSWRTM has run two trains longer than 13 cars.
They were: i)the 1984(?) triple header tour up the hill from Unanderra with
5917 + 3214 + 5461 hauling 8 heavy cars + Set 63 (9 cars)
ii) the 1990 (?) triple header tour up the hill from Unanderra with 3112 +
3001 + 5910 hauling Set 63 (9 cars) + Set 10 (4 cars) + Set 21 (2 cars) + Set
33b (2 cars) + SWT (water gin) for a total of 18 carriages.
