The airport railway is supposedly to be a private operation and not part
of Bayside.

There isn't really anywhere for Hillside to expand, other than perhaps
to South Morang.

If they could push the wires to Sunbury, that would add some value. Melton
might also be useful. Of course, this would have to be sunsidised.

Would be nice, but they're more likely to spend that sort of money on the
freeway. A half hourly fast electric to Geelong would take a lot of
traffic off the freeway, but that's too logical.
