IIRC, closed following the collapse of the Barr Creek trestle under
the weight of a J class hauled goods.

Not sure either, but I think it was in December 1986, one of a number
of lines to be officially closed on the one day - about the 8th.

There was a photo of a re-construction train in VR Newsletter.

Definitely was laid, but not all the way to Lette. I once went over
the Murray River bridge between Robinvale - Euston but I can't
remember whether rails were still in situ as they are/were at the
Murrabit bridge.

I think I read somewhere that Korakee only ever had one train - a
Commissioner's special.
