This loco 8102 should be in the ownership of
National Rail by now. 8112 and 8114 are in use as shunters in WA at the moment.
These locos are owned by NR. 8167 and 8176 were returned to FreightCorp after
8112 and 8114 were delivered. The 81s that should be going to NR
are:
8102
8106
8108
8110
8112
8113
8114
8115
8117
8118
8122
8124
I got this info from Railway Digest Magazine
July 1998 bottom of page 36.
if you have it have a look at it.
Does anyone know if 8167 to 8176 have been
retured to NR yet?
