Not quite right. Neither Freightcorp (the eventual owners) nor Clyde own
the 89 units in the Readypower contract. They are owned by a finance company
and are leased to Freightcorp whilst a maintanence contract for 15 years is
held by Clyde. As such the owners (the finance company) insisted that the units be
fully insured by a fourth party (an insurance company) to protect their assets
from such mishaps. I'm told that a similar situation exists between NRC, 
Gonninans, finance companies and insurance companies. Its all very complicated
in these times of non government railways.
