The place has always been known railway-wise as Wolli Creek Junction
and had a cute little signal box until control was taken of the junction
by Sydenham a few years back.
The worksite has always had 'Wolli Creek Interchange' on the front gates.

I always thought that Nth Arncliffe was a stupid name (as the station isnt
really connected to the Suburb anyway) and it should take the name of
the former signal box.

While the new station will apparently have external access, it will be
on the eastern side of the Illawarra mainlines and feed industrial units
and large car yards. The residental area's are closer to Arncliff station.
There will be little external passenger flow at the station.
