I little further up they have started construction on the LaTrobe St
bridge as well.

The Bourke St bridge will like the surban platfroms to Bourke st and 
docklands.

The tram route planned is this:
Contune along Flinders Street under the railway and then turn north and 
west to run next to (northern side) on Flinders Street extension.
go to Footscray Rd (to be renamed Docklands Esp.) head up the centre on
footscray road to LaTrobe st bridge and turn east and run into Latrobe
st.  There is a little but not much at www.docklands.vic.gov.au

Last Saturdays Age had an insert about it.  (I will scan a map after
my exams about 30th Nov.)
