No, unfortunately it is up to the Transport Minister, who has decided (with
some persuasion from his bus owning/operating friends) that a bus option is
more politically expedient in the short term at least than either heavy or
light rail. If (fingers crossed) we get a change of government this March, we
may also get a change of modes for the Parramatta to Hoxton Park corridor.
