The PFZ was attached to WL34. However, the Countrylink
crews were unable to start the generator sets, so it ended up being a waste
of time sending it out.
So had WL34 come for 18 hours through the night with passengers in the
dark, unheated, and unable to obtain anything from the buffet?
Had passengers been taken by bus, while WL34 ran empty?
