There has been some discussion as to whether it is the Coroner's report
because it is titled "Report on the formal investigation of an accident on
or about the up main western railway line at Granville on 18th January, 1977
by His Honour Judge J. H. Staunton". It may have been a separate inquiry as
I don't think Staunton was the Coroner. But anyway the report is at
