You know, I had a small sentence in parentheses after that saying "yes

but I deleted it thinking "apart from John Howard who's going to be a
pedant about the real end of decade and anyway how do we know which
date Bob Butrims was writing about". No-one's going to nitpick this,
surely...................

one!
