G'day.

The overhead is not owned by FreightCorp. It is owned by Rail Access
Corporation. If n-one wants to use the overhwead, it is worth more
as scrap.

Already FreightCorp has abandond the use of electric traction between
Wardell Road and Rozelle, and also around the balloon loop at Port
Kembla.

Earlier, Cityrail abandoned the use of electric tracton between
Lithgow and Bowenfels.

I underastand that much of Broadmeadow yard overhead is to be
decommissioned.

Question without notice ... What will the preservation groups with
electric locomotives be charged to use them????
