Heaps actually , arriving in the evening means a heap of crosses with the
outgoing Melb freights which leave in the mid afternoon , and to make it worse
most of the crosses take place between Newport and Ararat, ie in the ASW part
of the line , where crosses are the worst things you can have .
Finding a path into Melb in the early evening at the moment isnt really easy.
If it arrived much later , like after about 10-30 PM or earlier , before
5-00PM life would be much easier.

Ideally you need to run the train where the crosses occur on the CTC part of
the line , ie Pyreenees loop to Keswick.
