  My answer is very simple. Anywhere on the NSW system. My logic in
coming to this conclusion is that if there were any restrictions (Which
there may be) there would be circulars to tell all operating staff of
the restrictions. Is anyone aware of any? BTW the axle loading would
have to be considered when answering this question re the lines that
they would be allowed to run on.
