FC are already blaming this on crews themselves.

FC began the pilot program for "Shiftwork and Workload Program" in Newcastle
in early April. What a coincidence on the timing.

Has been in introduction for several years. Will probably only take many
more years to get it right.

This wouldn't be the same one they've been stuffing around with for years
could it?

This is now into it's third year.

Drivers have been calling for this for many years to no avail. As long as
the trains keep running management don't care how badly Drivers are
rostered. It's certainly been the proverbial brick wall at Delec.
