On Monday afternoon it was not done. There were new rails placed on either side of
the graded formation for the entire length, but no sleepers. There was a large stock
pile of ballast behind Cowan platform and some rather dodgy looking concrete
sleepers (seconds?) in a small stack as well. There was trackwork Monday and Tuesday
nights between Cowan and Mt Kuring-gai, so maybe work has commenced.
