A difference exists.

Pbo is on a bypass road, ie syd-adl traffic goes past throught Terowie, FR-Adl
traffic mainly goes through Jamestown.

There are already a dozen shops selling "food" in the main street, and numerous
pokies to blow your dough in the 4 pubs.

Try buying a Steamtown souvenir!

Whilst not a definate no -goer, the station is on the opposite side of the main
street, through a yard, and a big fence. I Am advised that the vandalism in the
station building is so bad that there are rumours of a bulldozer.

Then again, smeone with initiative might be able to get it up and running.
(thoughRIverton had something similar, away from the main road, didn't do
toowell.
