The software is available from the states by order only I believe, I
had version one and got the special upgrade price. 

I just popped over to look at the US prices and you'd be looking at
the following (in US dollars [I think current exchange is about $1AU =
73c US but you'd be lucky to get exactly that)

Train Despatcher 2    	$44.95 US
TRack Builder		$64.95 US

Shipping: one item	$6 US
	 two items	$8 US

so the total pack would cost $117.90 US

The track builder software is used for creating the layouts and is not
required for running the "free" territories available from the Signal
Computer Consultants who run the show, so it's not essential and could
be dropped

There are now 17 free territories to muck around with :-)
