The "free" track territory library was updated today.  There are now 18
territories in the "free" library, 8 in the "for sale" library and 5 which
come with the program.

Customer designed icons for locomotives and cabooses are also now available
from our web page.

There are also now links to customers owned web pages that discuss Train
Dispatcher and Track Builder programs including tips on designing track
territories.
