New Wagon - TRAY 07

On Saturday night, Victoria Train number 9823 (Albury - Adelaide) as it
went through Brooklyn had a new wagon on it, TRAY 07. It was lettered
TNT Automotive.It is painted orange.

It is a 5 unit Articulated car. I think it is the same as an RRAY, 40'
end units 48' mids. It is a lot lower, and while it was dark, it doesn't
have twist locks, but some intersting holes where they would be like
they are to carry a specialised load.

Has anybody seen these before, and if so, who makes them, and what are
they used for?
