Re: 1200 class Tulloch DRC's - Where are they now?



My last information was in Aug.94 RNV:
There were three PCRs and seven PCHs built.
PCR1201 & PCH 1222, 1223 & 1225 had their engines removed in 1977, and were
used as display carriages for a five-state Royal Silver Jubilee exhibition
tour.
Others had their motors removed, and were used as commuter carriages.
FST1202 and FTH 1221, 1222, 1223, 1225 & 1226 were offered at auction on
Wed.24.8.94.

The two sold to VR were PCH 1224 & 1227, not 1222 & 1225 as posted by
someone else.

These lists have missed PCR1203.
