Railway Anecdotes

I've been looking at Tom Skinner's pages www.barcar.com and wonder if
Australia can produce something similar.
Whilst I believe that we do not have commuter trains which can boast a bar,
nor one on any train which runs the length of the coach or part thereof, we
may be able to produce some enjoyable pages by relating short stories with a
"railway" flavour.
Have a look at Tom's pages with a view to translating them to our part of
the world.
