BL's on BG

Today (Friday 19 June), I saw 9556 empty slab steel train at Frankston
hauled by BL32-X53-BL28 and 35 wagons.  The BL's are still very dirty,
however after the transfer to BG, the bogies look like new.  

This is the first time I have seen BL28 on BG, however BL32 has been running
all week with X53.  My first sighting of BL32 was last Friday (12 June),
9556 went through Frankston with X53-T371-X54-BL32.  

Is it true that NR are going to paint the BL's in SteeLink livery?
