I didn't get the original post, only Tezza's reply, so I don't know if these
were among the ones you already listed.

The Tahmoor to Port Kembla coalies (if they still run) normally have an 81
or 82 on each end. The coalies that used to run from Coalcliff to Port
Kembla had two 48s on one end and a single 48 on the other end.
I have also seen in the past wheat trains heading up the mountain from
Unanderra with two 81s up front and another two in the middle, this is most
likely two trains combined.
