In other articles and banners, the "m" was replaced by a "b".

Interesting numbers, billions, there's been a few of them around
recently:

Melbourne-Darwin	$8.5 billion.
Sydney-Canberra		$4 billion.
Paramatta-Chatswood	$1.4 billion.

Can the vast difference in costs per km be entirely accounted for by
the differing infrastructure and land resumption costs?
