Flemington

I noticed the other day a very stupid feature of the weekend timetable.  On the
up, there are 8 trains an hour stopping there, but they are all concentrated
into two 8 minute segments.  For example, Train times are 13:23, 13:27, 13:30,
13:31, then nothing until 13:53, 13:57, 14:00 & 14:01.  This is the pattern for
the whole day.  The first train of each batch gets very crowded after
Flemington, where everybody gets on with all the things they have just bought
from the markets.
