Yet again, today's Dubbo XPT was short and minus the rear power car. I've
lost track how many times this has occurred over the last 2 weeks.
As well, I saw a Sydney bound XPT being hauled by 8182 through Redfern at
1248 today (NT4?) probably sick due to the extreme hot weather.
