One problem is that there is no railway line from Sydney to Cessnock. There
is one from Sydney to Broadmeadow to Maitland to Cessnock but the road run
direct. Having said that 12 mtpa equates to around 1000 trucks per day (ie
one truck every 90 seconds) which does not seem feasible as it would require
a massive fleet. Mind you - even the ABC broadcasts rubbush (sorry) these
days.
