I'm unsure about this, but I know there are crossings with at least 4, and
possibly 5 tracks here in Adelaide. The Leader Street crossing near
Goodwood station crosses the broad gauge up and down Noarlunga lines, the
up and down Belair lines, and the standard gauge Melbourne line. However, I
think that it may only cross 4 tracks as since standardisation, the up
Belair and down Noarlunga line at Goodwood maybe one and the same. Could
anyone enlighten me on this?

Secondly, there is the Cormack Road crossing which crosses the up and down
Gawler lines, the standard gauge Port Augusta line and the Wingfield line
which connects to the Port Adelaide line. That makes four. However, given
that the intersection is right near the Dry Creek sidings, I suspect there
may also be another line/siding? But anyway, there are at least four lines
crossed here.
