They are brand new cement wagons that have never seen service. The bodies were
built by AN, but the Bogies are Goninan Quality. There are ongoing contractual
arguments with these wagons, namely, ride quality and lateral hunting at high
speed. (The contract says the wagons must run in service at 100 km/h, with a 110
km/h test speed.)
