While I wrote from memory, and got some technical details wrong, my
memory isn't that bad!
The last live survivor (who later died in hospital) was pulled from
the debris at 6:15 pm on the same day as the disaster, after approx 10
hours.
It took considerably longer to get to some of the dead bodies, but
that's not a "rescue", that's a recovery.
