Not in my experience - they call it Free-man-tel with roughly equal stress
on the first and second syllables. I think they would object to either of
the strongly stressed-on-one-syllable versions, irrespective of
whether it is the first or second syllable.

I've been accumulating a list of further queries - can anyone advise
please? Some of these seem to have about 8 different "as-spelt"
possibilities!
