Who can answer( UIC S1002 wheel tread profile)

We are engineers of DORTS(department of Taipei rapid transit system),
Recently we are discussing internally the adequacy of selecting UIC
S1002 wheel tread profile for UIC 60 rail which was previously
specified by our consultants. Is there any one who can discuss with me
regarding how to select the adequate wheel profile for the designated
rail, or provide some information of any relevant book/paper/standard
which has addressed this issue.
