Electric staff was removed from the Maribyrnong River line years ago.
There is still some electric staff in Victoria, mainly urban. Some are:
Frankston - Somerville - Hastings - Crib Point.
Greensborough - Eltham.
Newport - Brooklyn - Sunshine/Tottenham B (AFAIK)
