GSR is to build a 1st class lounge at Keswick for all 1st class pass.
something similar to Ansetts Gold Wing Club and relocate the booking
counter, hopefully with more staff. So although Overland passengers
have lost the Club Car don't dispair you will have access to the 1st
class lounge before departure!!!
These and other changes may take a little longer to come about if they
do at all as information has it that MacQuarie Bank the major financial
backers of GSR have stated that they will lend no further funds to GSR.
