Movie "The Titfield Thunderbolt" on TV this Sunday

The classic British Movie "The Titfield Thunderbolt" produced by Ealing
Studios in 1953 is scheduled to appear on the nine network at 9 am AEDT
Sunday 3 January.  Set in Somerset, it is the story of a group of locals
who are determined to keep their branch railway by running it themselves,
in the face of underhand competition from the local bus operator.  The
sequences showing the 1838 vintage loco "Lion" are well worth watching.
