Melbourne Airport Rail line suggestion

Let those country trains departs early in the morning
(eg. 700 from Warrnambool West coaster service to Melbourne)
running through to airport once arrived in Spencer Street , continue
stops Flinder Street, ("maybe" Melbourne Central) go through city loop
(oh! come on! 3 minutes of desiel fume is less harmful than cigaratte)
and off to Airport,  same apply to Sale, Albury, Swan Hill, and maybe
Ballarat to simplifies country people wants to take plane.
