The new aluminium facility at Lithgow.

I only saw the news report, but the following might be of interest:
(a) from memory, the organisation that is involved seems to have a name
something like Aus-Pac Aluminium or something;
(b) the location in the news report would seem to be, as some have already
noted, next to the main western line near Wallerawang power station;
(c) the question of cheap (you can all interpret the meaning of that word)
electricity seems to be the crux of the issue, with Bob Carr noting that was an
issue to be sorted out between the company and the relevant power generators.
