Infrastructure costs - rail and light rail

I wonder if anyone out there who has some facts at their fingertips
could post some costs of providing conventional rail and light rail
infrastucture. 

This would include land acquisition, ROW preparation, track laying,
power, signalling/control - but not rolling stock.
