Both Claytors are dead. Graham Claytor jr the former President of Amtrak and the Southern Railroad died last year. Robert Claytor his brother the former President of Norfolk Southern was the man responsible for reviving N&W 4-8-4 J611. So I don't know who this other Claytor is. Maybe he is a son of one brothers.
