Safety Standards, Bayside Trains, control of Spencer Street pfms 9-14 
inclusive were to go to Bayside Trains as from 16.11.97. The same 
item in the WON also listed which lines were to go to which operator. 
The list aggree with above but Flemington Racecourse wasn't mentioned 
at all.
