Surely not still using PDP11 systems still ! According to my info the PDP11
is a 16 bit machine introduced in 1970 (ie when steam was still around) and
was followed by the VAX in 1977 although PDP production continued
concurrently until ??. Hasn't some attempt been made to migrate to a more
modern (and cheaper to maintain) environment?
