I think these have something to do with Global Positioning System (GPS). I
have noticed that most of the 48 class at Broadmeadow have been fitted.
ALSO: I thought I'd mention that while working at Kooragang Island today, I
saw some people with orange vests looking at the 421 class over there
(What's it's number and who owns it?).
48138 was shunting with CAR1 (former 48class, owned by CARGILL) at the
Cargill site.
