Although I can't give you a reason for such cancellation, I don't think
the P.T.C. wants to cancel the (3712) 07.05 up Lilydale, which follows
the (3710) 07.00 up Mooroolbark. The up Lilydale is formed by (3307)
06.45 ex-Ringwood. Keep in mind that the (3307) will pick up Lilydale
bound passengers from the (3141) 05.47 down Belgrave.
