G520 failed it's first trial after coming out of Chullora. I never saw it
again after that, but all locos coming out of Chullora are supposed to be
checked by a PTU rep, but I think management breached this once again.
Didn't you think the colour looked a bit odd? I did, but maybe it was
because it was clean, NRC have never looked after the way V/Line did.
