I just tried to access the web page
(http://http://www.cia.com.au/trainman/browser.cgi?STNs) which (used
to) give details of special train notices (STN) and read the message
dated 21/4/98 from some pompous bureaucratic git woffling on about
copyright.
In effect, the public's access to this highly secret, industrially
sensitive, top-classified (oh, by the way, that's meant to be sarcasm)
information is now denied.
One wonders whether the State Rail is going to compensate for he loss
of this information through these web pages by placing details of them
in their own web site ..... I think not.
